At the Global Leadership Summit each year, we gather some of the top leadership thinkers from around the country. And in 2024, we were honored to have Mike Krzyzewski, known as “Coach K,” share his leadership insights with us. Mike Krzyzewski is one of the country’s most distinguished leaders, having been the head Men’s Basketball Coach for Duke University from 1980 to 2022.
He shared with us his motivational techniques, teamwork strategies and key values that helped make him the most accomplished basketball coach in history. Here are our favorite Coach K quotes from the Global Leadership Summit. We hope they inspire you to keep growing in your leadership!
